We primarily use Chatbase and Botpress depending on your requirements. Both run on GPT-4 or Claude backends. We choose the right tool for your use case, not the one with the best affiliate rate.
It only answers what it's trained on. For anything outside its knowledge base, it hands off to a human instead of guessing. You review and approve every conversation flow before it goes live.
We don't collect or store PHI (protected health information) in the chatbot by default. For medical practices, we implement compliant intake flows that route sensitive information directly to your staff rather than storing it in the bot.
